Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground hamburger (85/15 or 80/20)
- 2 tablespoon. olive oil
- 1 pkg. Hawaiian Sea Salt Company, "Hawaiian Chili Mix"
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Spaghetti-Aglio E Olio (Instant Pot)
Yields 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. DeCecco Spaghetti
- 3-4 T. Olive Oil
- 3 T. Butter
- 1 Bulb Garlic (minced, approx. 15 cloves)
- 3 ½ Cup Water
Hawaiian Smoke “Kalua Pork” (Instant Pot)
Yields 10 Servings (No Liquid Smoke)
Ingredients
- 3 - 5 lb. pork butt or pork shoulder
- 2 teaspoon of Som’ Good “Hawaiian Smoke” Salt Seasoning per pound

- 2 - 3 tablespoon fresh ginger - julienned / chopped
- 2 - 3 tablespoon chopped garlic
