- steak (approx. 1 1/4 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
- favorite blend of Som’ Good Hawaiian Sea Salt Seasoning
Coat both sides of each steak well with your favorite blend of Som’ Good Hawaiian Sea Salt Seasoning (we have lots to choose from). Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Oil your fry pan and preheat to smoking hot temperature. Place steaks in a smoking hot oven-safe cast iron skillet grill or frypan for 3 minutes. Flip steaks over and place in a preheated 400-degree oven for about 6 minutes (medium). Remove from oven, let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
