• Bone in / skin on chicken wings, drumstick, thighs and breasts
  • Som’ Good Gourmet Seasoned Flour


  • Using a gallon size Ziploc bag, add Gourmet Flour and chicken, close and thoroughly shake chicken and flour
  • Preheat vegetable oil in a large cast iron pot, pan or deep fryer to 350-375 degrees
  • Add up to 4 – 5 pieces at a time and cook until chicken floats to top (approx. 10 – 15 min), remove and let rest for 10 minutes

Option: You can prepare an egg wash (scramble 1 egg in a bowl) or buttermilk, dredge chicken in wash and dust in Ziploc gourmet flour bag

Note: Adding too many chicken pieces at one time will cause oil temperature to drop and making it harder to maintain consistent frying temperature
