Ingredients: 

  • 2 lb. mustard cabbage
  • 2 lb. head cabbage
  • 1  packet Som’ Good Seasoning
  • 1  bottle Som’ Good Tsukemono Mix
  • 1  packet sesame seeds

Prepration: 

  • Cut cabbage in 3/8” – 1/2” slices (or to desired size)
  • Sprinkle seasoning packet into cabbage
  • Mix thoroughly
  • Let sit for at least 2 – 4 hours. Squeeze out water from cabbage
  • Place in container and pour Tsukemono Mix over cabbage, soak 4 – 6 hours
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds into Tsukemono
