Yields 12 Servings


  • 1 lb. Sliced Beef – Thin Cut Asian Style
  • 1 T Fresh Chopped Garlic (You can add more to your taste)
  • 1 T Fresh Chopped Ginger (You can add more to your taste)
  • ¼ Onion – Sliced Thin
  • 1 Bag (4 Cups) Cole Slaw Vegetables Pre Cut (Cabbage, Carrots and optional bean sprouts)
  • ½ Bunch Green Onion – Chopped (1 ½ Cups)
  • ¼ Cup Som’ Good – Butteryaki Sauce (Asian Wraps, Garlic & Ginger, Spicy)


  • In a large frying pan, add ¼ cup Butteryaki Sauce, Chopped Ginger & Garlic, bring heat high to reduce and flavor Butteryaki Sauce (approx.. 2-3 minutes)
  • Add Sliced Onion and cook until semi translucent (1-2 minutes)
  •  Add Beef and start stir fry and toss until half cooked, add 2 cups of Cole Slaw and drizzle 2 Tablespoons of Butteryaki Sauce while continuing to stir fry and toss for 2-3 minutes
  •  Add remaining cole slaw (2 cups) and 1 cup green onions finish stir fry (2-3 minutes)

Remove and plate, add remaining green onions for condiment topping The fresh ginger and garlic compliment the tasting experience of this quick and easy meal!!
