- 2 lb. “Beyond Meat” hamburger
- 1 pkg. Hawaiian Sea Salt Company, “Hawaiian Chili Mix” and remove 1 TBL of the mix.
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 2 (15.25 oz.) cans kidney beans, liquid drained
- ¼ cup water
- In the Instant Pot, Sauté mode, add olive oil and brown “Beyond Meat” Hamburger
- Add “Hawaiian Chili Mix – (Less 1 Tbl of the mix)”, onions and stir.
- Cancel Sauté – scrape, deglaze the pot free of any cooking residue
- Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans and level
- Pressure Cook on High for 10 minutes
- Natural Pressure Release for 15 minutes, then Quick Release
- Stir chili well and let cool for 10 -15 minutes
