Ingredients: 

  • 2 lb. “Beyond Meat”  hamburger
  • 1 pkg. Hawaiian Sea Salt Company, “Hawaiian Chili Mix” and remove 1 TBL of the mix.
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 (15.25 oz.) cans kidney beans, liquid drained
  • ¼ cup water

Prepration: 

  • In the Instant Pot, Sauté mode, add olive oil and brown “Beyond Meat” Hamburger
  • Add  “Hawaiian Chili Mix – (Less 1 Tbl of the mix)”, onions and stir.
  • Cancel Sauté – scrape, deglaze the pot free of any cooking residue
  • Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans and level
  • Pressure Cook on High for 10 minutes
  • Natural Pressure Release for 15 minutes, then Quick Release
  • Stir chili well and let cool for 10 -15 minutes
