Yields 10 – 12 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz – Portuguese Sausage or other meats: bacon, spam, shoyu chicken
- 2 TBL – Olive Oil
- 1 ¼ TBL – Chopped Garlic
- 2 Cups – Frozen Carrorts & Peas
- 1 Cup – Chopped Green Onion
- 6 Cups – Cooked Day Old Calrose Rice
- 1 TBL – Soy Sauce – Add to Taste
- 6 TBL – Asian Wraps of your Favorite ButterYaki Sauce
- 1 ½ TSP – Favorite Som’ Good Seasoning Salt “Regular”
- 1 TSP – Ground Black or White Pepper
Prepration:
- In a large wok or frying pan, cook Portuguese sausage and use a paper towel to remove oil and place in a separate dish
- Add olive oil and garlic, brown garlic, add frozen carrots & peas, stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add rice, mix, add Asian Wraps Sauce and stir fry for 3-5 minutes
- Drizzle soy sauce, add pepper and Som Good Seasoning Salt “Regular”, Stir Fry for 3-5 min
- Add chopped green onion stir fry for 2 minutes, then plate, let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
