Yields 4 – 6 Servings


  • 6 – 8 Bone in / Skin on Chicken Thighs
  • 4 Yukon Potatoes
  • 3 Medium Carrots
  • 1 ½ Medium Onions
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers
  • ½ cup Som’ Good Spicy Hawaiian Garlic “ HOT” or your favorite Som’ Good Spicy Hawaiian Sauce Som’ Good Seasoning “Regular” (to taste)

**Marinade: Add 2 tsp Som’ Good Seasoning “Regular” to ½ cup Spicy Hawaiian Sauce and mix well.


  • Add Marinade to Chicken in Ziploc bag and marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours.

  • Cut all vegetables – large chunky size and spread onto baking pan, lightly drizzle Spicy Hawaiian Sauce and lightly season with Som’ Good Seasoning “Regular”.

  • Lightly season top of chicken skin with Som’ Good Seasoning “Regular” and place skin down on vegetables, lightly season bottom of chicken with Som’ Good Seasoning “Regular” and drizzle Spicy Hawaiian Sauce on top.

  • Preheat oven to 360-380 degrees and bake chicken for 15-18 minutes Skin DOWN then turn chicken Skin UP for 15-18 minutes.
