Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs. beef short ribs, approximately 1/4-inch thin cut
- 1 bottle Som’ Good Butter Yaki Garlic Sauce
- For approximately 3 lbs. of short ribs, use the whole bottle
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Preparation
- Place the short ribs in a large resealable bag and add enough Som’ Good Butter Yaki Garlic Sauce to thoroughly coat the meat.
- Seal the bag and gently massage the sauce into the short ribs so the meat is evenly coated.
- If cooking the same day, marinate the ribs in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours.
- For even more flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove the ribs from the refrigerator while you preheat your grill or skillet.
