2 LB - Mustard Cabbage
2 LB - Head Cabbage
1 - Packet Som’ Good Seasoning
1 - Bottle Som’ Good Tsukemono Mix
1 - Packet Sesame Seeds


  1. Cut cabbage in 3/8” - 1/2” slices (or to desired size).
  2. Sprinkle seasoning packet into cabbage.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Let sit for at least 2 - 4 hours. Squeeze out water from cabbage. 
  5. Place in container and pour Tsukemono Mix over cabbage. Soak 4 -6 hours. 
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds into tsukemono.


Soy sauce (water, wheat gluten, soy beans, salt, sugar, caramel coloring, sodium benzoate [as a preservative]). vinegar (rice vinegar, water, salt diluted with water to 4.2% acidity [42 grain]), sugar.

Dry Pack:  Alae Salt, Ginger, Brown Sugar, Pepper, Garlic, and Other Spices, sesame seed.
