SOM'GOOD STEAK

Ingredients:
Thick Steak 1 1/4 inch thick
1 Tablespoon Canola or Olive Oil

Prep:
Coat both sides well with your favorite blend of Som' Good Hawaiian Sea Salt Seasoning (we have lots to choose from) Let stand room temperature for 1 hour

Cooking:
Oil your fry pan and preheat to smoking hot temperature. Place steaks in a smoking hot oven-safe cast iron skillet grill or frypan for 3 minutes. Flip steaks over and place in a preheated 400-degree oven for about 6 minutes (medium). Remove from oven, let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
