Description

Our top selling Gourmet Seasoned Flour is a favorite for making deep fried Chicken Wings, Fried Chicken — almost any fried meat, poultry, or vegetables. Coat pork chops before pan frying or use to flour beef for stews. No need to add seasonings or salt.  Very light and flavorful!

Tips

Lightly flour and bake or fry chicken in a little olive oil. Try it with broccoli, Portobello mushrooms, zucchini, asparagus, fish, shrimp, calamari, beef or stews. Used to thicken gravy.
