Ingredients:

  • Yakisoba noodle (1 serving size bag)
  • ¼ cup of your favorite Butteryaki Sauce (Ginger, Ginger & Garlic, Spicy, Spicy Hawaiian, Asian Wraps)
  • 1 cup of chop suey mix (bean sprouts & julienned carrot mixture)
  • ½ cup julienned bell peppers
  • 2 cups chopped green onion (to garnish)
  • ½ cup meats: Spam, beef slices, chicken slices-fully cooked

Stir Fry Preparation:

  • Preheat frying pan (with cover), add yakisoba noodles and 3 tablespoons of water and cover, open and stir frequently to separate noodles and steam noodles to “al dente” texture
  • Add vegetables, meats and your favorite Butteryaki,  stir fry and mix at high heat (2-3 minutes)
  • Plate noodles and garnish generously with chopped green onion
